What to expect

Every energy worker is unique in their approach, and Natalie works with techniques from a few different traditions but primarily Reiki and Shamanism (European, North American, and Tibetan).
These practices work across distance through our nonlocal interconnection, which is achieved through embodying universal love, the force that binds us together. The compass is always pointed toward your highest well-being.

Each Reiki or Shamanic Reiki session follows this basic 4-step format:

1. Book an appointment using the options below or the contact form. You will be contacted in order to schedule the date and time of your consultation and session.

2. Your 10-minute consultation is conducted over Skype, phone, or email.

3. Your 60-minute Reiki or Shamanic Reiki session is conducted. In preparation for your session, it is a good idea to lie down or get very comfortable. Wear loose clothing and avoid belts and other restrictive items. Dim the lighting and make sure there are no distractions. Turn off your cell phone or switch it to silent mode. Close your eyes during the session if it is comfortable for you. In summary, create an environment that is relaxing for you in which you will not be disturbed. The session will last approximately 60 minutes. Be sure to drink plenty of water before and after the session.

4. You receive a personalized detailed energetic report via email. Lastly, a brief follow-up dialogue via email will occur to receive comments regarding the session or to answer any remaining questions.
